Pan fried dumplings

You need:

  • Uvic  Hiina dumplings 400g
  • Butter 3-4 tbsp

Preparation:

  • Heat the butter in a pan.
  • Put the dumplings in it and fry on a low heat covered with a lid.
  • Remove the lid and turn the dumplings over and fry on both sides until golden yellow.
  • Serve with onion, cucumber or beetroot salad.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream and herbs.
