Pan fried dumplings
- Uvic Hiina dumplings 400g
- Butter 3-4 tbsp
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- Put the dumplings in it and fry on a low heat covered with a lid.
- Remove the lid and turn the dumplings over and fry on both sides until golden yellow.
- Serve with onion, cucumber or beetroot salad.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and herbs.
