Gyoza or Japanese dumplings
- Frozen Uvic Hiina dumplings 400g
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil
- When made in the style of Yaki-gyoza, fry the dumplings in light oil until brown and crisp.
- Pour a scoop of water into the pan and steam under the lid for up to 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and heat until the pan is dry.
- Serve with sour cream or dipping sauce.
