- Uvic Hiina lamb dumplings 400 g
- Sour cream 3 tbsp
- Bring the water to a boil and place one layer of (frozen) dumplings in the pot.
- If desired, add a bay leaf and a couple of peppercorns or broth to the boiling water – you will get a particularly tasty dish.
- Boil the dumplings for 5-8 minutes.
- Lift the dumplings out of the water with a scoop of foam.
- Serve immediately with sour cream or add melted / browned butter, chopped herbs or cucumber and tomato salad.
