Cooked dumplings

You need:

  • Uvic Hiina lamb dumplings 400 g
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Sour cream 3 tbsp
  • Butter

Preparation:

  • Bring the water to a boil and place one layer of (frozen) dumplings in the pot.
  • If desired, add a bay leaf and a couple of peppercorns or broth to the boiling water – you will get a particularly tasty dish.
  • Boil the dumplings for 5-8 minutes.
  • Lift the dumplings out of the water with a scoop of foam.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream or add melted / browned butter, chopped herbs or cucumber and tomato salad.
