Dumplings with cheese and egg
You need:
- Frozen Uvic Hiina dumplings 750 g
- Egg 4 pcs
- Milk 5 dl
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tb
- Oregano
- Grated cheese 200 g
Preparation:
- Place the dumplings in an oiled baking dish.
- Mix the egg, milk and flour, add the ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the dumplings. Sprinkle with chopped oregano.
- Bake in a medium oven for about half an hour.
- Remove from the oven once just before it is done, sprinkle with grated cheese and place back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
