Uvic Fitlap new dumplings with barley flour and chicken

Ecotrade OÜ, Estonia’s largest and only dumpling producer in Estonia, started cooperating with the training and nutrition counseling program Fitlap.ee in 2020.

The dumpling industry located next to Jüri in Harju County launched Uvic Fitlap barley flour and chicken dumplings in November 2020. Dumplings containing 80% chicken are very popular with both Fitlap friends and non-dumpling friends.

Barley flour dumplings are weight-friendly and contain 13% protein. The lower-calorie and high-fiber dumplings taste like even the smallest in the family. The product is glutamate, soy and GMO free.
