Dumplings with cheese and egg

You need:

  • Frozen Uvic Hiina dumplings 750 g
  • Egg 4 pcs
  • Milk 5 dl
  • Wheat flour 4 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tb
  • Oregano
  • Grated cheese 200 g

Preparation:

  • Place the dumplings in an oiled baking dish.
  • Mix the egg, milk and flour, add the ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the dumplings. Sprinkle with chopped oregano.
  • Bake in a medium oven for about half an hour.
  • Remove from the oven once just before it is done, sprinkle with grated cheese and place back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
